The team provides assistance to the front line Technical and Developer support teams as well. With feedback from the Sage 300 Ideas website, the Product Management team and from Support teams, the Research and development team works on new features, escalated technical support cases, and technical updates to keep current with technology. In addition, the team has dedicated security champions that work on keeping Sage 300 secure in an ever-changing security conscious environment.
